Jockeys speak up about mental health

A series of short films were created by JETS (Jockey Education and Training Scheme) which address and discuss various issues which affect the health and wellbeing of jockeys.
As a part of the 'Jockey Matters' series, this film explores mental health in the racing industry, with contributions from Sir AP McCoy, Leighton Aspell, Daryl Jacob and Mark Enright, the first jockey to speak publicly about suffering from depression.
The film gives advice for those affected by mental health issues and signposts jockeys to the 24 hour confidential Wellbeing Helpline set up by the Professional Jockeys Association.
